Bill is a seasoned technology executive who brings many years of experience in global technical leadership to The Bloodhound Group team. He provides strategic direction and expertise to clients, specializing in hands-on transformations, cloud-native architectures, governance and implementing AI technologies and compound AI.

As an IBM Distinguished Engineer Emeritus, he led initiatives helping global corporate giants across a wide range of industries and geographies modernize, adopt, deliver, consume and digest new technologies. Customers with whom he has worked include Citigroup, Boeing, Walmart, US Social Security, TSA, Lloyds of London, Northern Trust, Bank Estado of Chile, Bank of Colombia, ANZ Bank, Siam Commercial Bank, Pension System in the Russian Federation, Qatari Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, Etihad Airways and Saudi Ministry of Communications and Information, among many others.

Bill is incurably curious, a trait that has served him well throughout his career in roles as entrepreneur, technical leader, fractional CXO, enterprise architect, inventor, mentor and mentee.
