After operating as an affiliate of a major Southeast commercial roofing company, Steve Burns decided to relaunch Roof Control Services of N.C. under the Red Letter Roofing brand. The Bloodhound Group conducted employee and customer interviews to develop a customer-centric brand position with intent to redefine commercial roofing customer expectations through emotionally engaging storytelling and testimonials.

Results: In less than 6 months, BHG conducted research, developed brand strategy, designed a logo, created assets needed for production of a new website and launched the brand using digital advertising and social media.
